Hi, I'm Holly. I'm 25, Vietnamese-American, and I make small-batch cookies out of San Diego inspired by the flavors I grew up eating.

I started Milk & Bánh to share them. The kind that feel like home to me, and something worth remembering to everyone trying them for the first time.

Every pop-up is made by hand, in small quantities, with the same standard every time. Come find us.

Every flavor starts with a Vietnamese or Asian ingredient. New flavors added as they're tested and ready.

Matcha White Chocolate
Ceremonial-grade matcha folded into a soft, chewy cookie with white chocolate chips throughout.

Pandan Coconut
Pandan extract and shredded coconut. Fragrant, green, and unlike anything else on the table.

Hojicha White Chocolate
Roasted Japanese green tea, toasty and warm, paired with white chocolate chunks.

Black Sesame Dark Chocolate
Ground black sesame powder forms the base of this deep, nutty cookie with dark chocolate chips.

Honey Sesame
Real honey in the dough, rolled in sesame seeds. Soft, chewy, just the right amount of sweet.

Strawberry Milk Tea
Earl grey blended into the dough, freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate folded in. A milk tea, but a cookie.
